Do you charge for postage and packing?
We do not charge you for the postage and packing of the goods you order within the UK providing your order is over £5. Orders under £5 carry a small charge of £2.95. Orders sent overseas do carry a charge based on the weight of the goods as per the Royal Mail postage charges.
Is your web site secure when paying by Credit/Debit Card?
Our web site is 100% secure when paying by credit/debit card. We obviously take security very seriously and and use a professional company called SagePay to process the payments. We are also PCI DSS compliant which as of 31st January 2010 is a mandatory requirement when running an ecommerce store. Look for the link on any page to see more details.
Why can I see how many items are in stock on only some pages?
This is one of our biggest challlenges this year. We are currently working on adding available stock figures to the whole site. This will happen in the next few months. To avoid disappointment, we are currently trying to keep up to date the stock figures, for stock we are selling to make room for new stock.
Where is my order?
Again another improvement we are working on. Very soon you will start to receive an e-mail letting you know your order has been dispatched. We are also working with the company who develop our software, to provide an online system for you to view your order history and status.
I want to pay by card, but I don’t have the internet, what can I do?
Simply give our Sales team a call on 01623 557567 and they’ll take you through the process over the phone. This is very quick, with our Sales team ready to help you with any queries about your order as well.
Will I get any confirmation when I place an order?
Once your order is placed online and is on our system, an email is generated and sent giving you the order details including the order number.
Do you release any Information about customers to any one else?
As a commitment to our customers we ensure that your details are kept secure. We will only discuss any order details with the person who placed the order, after confirming the personal details are correct. We do not .pass on any details to any other companies or persons.
