Hi
I just wanted to say that JGD Crafts is THE best site on the web for all my craft needs.
I am a disabled lady so as I can't go out to shop, unless I have someone with me and well that is not always so easy especially when they know what I am shopping for ,so I do all my shopping on line.
JGD crafts not only offers a superb service they are a friendly lot, it's not often I will return to a site to shop again but will shop again and again here with you.
I have had a couple of problems whilst shopping at JGD I have to shout NOT the fault of JG one was due to PayPal the other was the lateness of delivery from the main supplies on both occasions I have had excellent service Jean let me know that part of my order would be late and with regards to PayPal ringing me when the shop was shut to check things out then taking my payment.
I look forward to receiving my parcel as I know what ever is inside will arrive exactly as it left the shop, everything is wrapped so securely and anything that could be damaged is well protected.
Jean told me about a competition that is running currently I said I couldn't have a go as I am such a newbie at my chosen craft which is Parchment but I was encouraged to give it a go sooooo I have and will be sending out my card before the end of the week.
THANKS to all at JGD Crafts for all you do for all us crafting folks you offer excellent customer service a service that is second to non and your prices are the best on the net always excellent value for money many many thanks hugsssss Tracy a very satisfied customer.
