Shipping And Handling

All orders over £10 within the UK are sent FREE of charge. Orders outside of the UK carry a postage charge in line with the UK Royal Mail rates, based on the weight of the goods ordered.

The biggest service we can offer is to provide quaility products to your door as quick as we possibly can. We will always stand by this, and as a company, have this as a main policy we endeavour to live up to.

We can guarantee that we place immense pressure on our suppliers to help us meet our own stringent standards.


Delivery Schedule


We will post your order by first class Priority post, as soon as the order is complete and paid. Post is collected Monday through to Friday and takes 2-3 working days Priority.

If any package is over 300gms, then it must go by Economy post and this will take around 7 working days. If any goods are not currently in stock but an order expected within a few days from our suppliers, we will unless you instruct otherwise, withhold your order until the delivery of those goods.

If the expected delivery time is more than 7 days but less than 21 days, we will send a partial order with the balance to be forwarded as soon as possible.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
